Adults-only terms of service
Random matching is available only to adults aged 18 or older who accept the safety and consent rules.

Eligibility and identity
You must be at least 18 and meet any additional age-assurance requirements in your region. Male/Female is selected when your guest identity or registered account is created and is not intended to be changed between conversations.
Your conduct
Harassment, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, illegal material, blackmail, impersonation, fraud and redistribution of private conversations or media without permission are prohibited.
Text, voice and media
ChatUNO offers separate random Text and Voice modes, short voice notes and private media features. Live audio starts only after both matched people accept, and friend calls are available only between mutual friends after the recipient accepts. ChatUNO does not record live call audio. Photo and direct-friend media features require the applicable registered-account permissions and remain subject to safety controls.
Safety and moderation
We may end chats, prevent rematching, preserve limited report evidence, review content for a legitimate safety or legal purpose, restrict media, suspend accounts or ban access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service. Access by authorized moderators is restricted and audited.
Blocks and friendships
Blocking can prevent future random matching, direct messages and friend requests between registered users. Removing a friend ends the active friend relationship but does not require us to erase retained safety evidence or records needed for legal and abuse-prevention purposes.
Service limitations
Random matches and uninterrupted realtime delivery are not guaranteed. Network conditions, microphone permission, browser restrictions and moderation controls can affect availability. Do not rely on ChatUNO for emergency communications.
